Here's to my super-talented, wonderful, amazing brother! I'm incredibly proud of you! Very good play (although we both agree it could be much shorter) and you did a great job! You really made me a bit jealous - I kept thinking, why am I in the audience? Shouldn't I be up there? Maybe it's time to give it all another shot?

But anyway, today was about you and I'm seriously impressed!
Не знаю, mom, did it make it to America?

It's more like a pashmina (I get a fifteen percent discount on a purchase on any day in February, since it's my birthday month and I'm their very frequent customer). The shoes are my own thing, started in college for some reason.

Happy Valentine's Day, mom! :) Hugs!

I'm still standing, but what was so strange is that had I not been aware of the news, I would never have guessed by the attitude of the people in my immediate team or on my floor in my building that something unprecedented and quite scary was happening. Everyone went about business as usual. There's some comfort in that and I myself tried to be somewhat productive and distract myself from the layoffs thoughts by the tasks at hand. Maybe there's dignity in our team handling it with such stoicism. But honestly, I really wish someone would have had the balls to openly bring up the 800-pound gorilla in the room. I bet all talk will start tomorrow.

I got an amazing haircut last night (or maybe it just seems amazing since I was in a desperate need of a haircut) and then I was going to go to the gym, but I forgot my keys, so instead I ended up walking around down-town waiting for Courtney to get home. Anyway, I got there at around 8 and we started watching TV. And we found this on-demand exercise channel. I immediately got out my yoga mat and started doing some abs work outs since I skipped gym and wanted to at least do something. Then Courtney found a yoga work out. We put it on and I started doing it while Courtney was watching me with a glass of wine. Everything was going fine until I heard the following phrase:

"Breathe...there is no hardness..."

I started giggling, but then pulled myself together and continued stretching like a python. During the next pose, there came another line:

"Relax.... breathe... try not to get hard..."

COME ON! :) :) :) That was pretty much it,

Видно все же не для меня йога :) How the hell can I EVER get hard?!
